[Inf-IT DAVcl] [CadDavZap] Default settings for alarm

Hello all, I'm a happy user of CalDavZap. I'm using a Baïkal server that I host on my own server. Is it possible to have by default for new events, an alarm with a message 30 minutes before ? By the way, how can I add a public calendar like : http://cache.media.education.gouv.fr/ics/Calendrier_Scolaire_Zone_C.ics I had a look at config.js and tried different things but it didn't succeed.
