CalDavZAP 0.10.0.4 with synchronization fixes /CalDAV servers without support for sync-collection report/, minor localization fixes and a new Russian localization relased.

For easier upgrade you can use the following patch (0.10.0.3 => 0.10.0.4): http://www.inf-it.com/fixes/caldavzap_0.10.0.3-caldavzap_0.10.0.4.diff and then execute the ./cache_update.sh script.
