I have a task that is due, and it is displayed by the task widget with a
standing out (red) date.
I want to postpone it, so using CalDAVzap I change the date to somewhen
in the future.
The modified task is correctly synched to Android, but the widget does
not update.
The screenshots show 1) the task widget on the home screen, and 2) the
task data when clicked on the task widget.

We're aware of that issue with the widget. There is an open issue for
that: https://github.com/dmfs/tasks/issues/41
We're still investigating, but it's difficult since we can't reproduce it.
