http://www.inf-it.com/CalDavZAP_0.8.1.1.zip (no configuration changes, so you can use your config.js from 0.8.1)

here are the patches from previous versions (for simpler upgrade):

0.8.1.1rc1 => 0.8.1.1 http://www.inf-it.com/CalDavZAP_0.8.1.1rc1-0.8.1.1.diff

As usually, do not forget to execute cache_update.sh after you apply the patch!
