CalDavZAP 0.10.0.5 with bug fixes and minor Russian localization fixes released.

For easier upgrade you can use the following patch (0.10.0.4 => 0.10.0.5): http://www.inf-it.com/fixes/caldavzap_0.10.0.4-caldavzap_0.10.0.5.diff (copy the file into the "caldavzap" directory and execute: "patch -p1 < caldavzap_0.10.0.4-caldavzap_0.10.0.5.diff") and then execute the ./cache_update.sh script.
