your possible problems:
1.) your web server caches the old directory in memory (requires server reload or restart) 2.) your OS is caching the directory in memory (something like "ramdisk" which needs a refresh, then maybe 1.) above) 3.) the old version of index.html is cached in browser HTML5 cache (cleanup all offline data or cleanup only HTML5 cache, e.g. for chrome: chrome://appcache-internals/ )

note-1: caldavzap 0.7.0 has been working fine. note-2: I looked around for "jquery-ui-1.9.1.custom.min.js" and I don't see it in the downloaded zip anywhere, but it was in the old 0.7.0.
