[Inf-IT DAVcl] CardDavMATE 0.12.0-rc3

Hi all,

CardDavMATE 0.12.0-rc3 available (note: the internal version is still 0.11.42).

This version fixes the problem where synchronization can close the editor and force reload another contact (this bug is related only to "basic" servers without full sync-collection REPORT support).

Known issues: - translations are not 100% complete
