For debugging, it would be very nice to have the possibility to find out
what UID is associated with a specific entry. For example, when clicking
on an appointment, the form that pops up could contain a line similar to
"UID: 20030614173619-9142938".

Also, it would be nice to find out exactly what version of CalDAVZAP /
CardDAVMate is running. Maybe the version could be added to the <title>?
