'Planning view' of events in month and multiWeek view

Dear all, is there a way to display calendar events in the month and multiWeek views in kind of a planning view? With 'planning view' I mean keeping calendar events that belong to the same calendar in the same row, instead of stacking them in alphanumerical order of the calendars. Example: Standard view Mon Tue Wed etc. Cal1 Event1 Cal1 Event2 Cal1 Event3 Cal2 Event1 Cal3 Event3 Cal2 Event2 Cal3 Event1 Cal3 Event4 Cal3 Event2 Planning view Mon Tue Wed etc. Cal1 Event1 Cal1 Event2 Cal1 Event3 Cal2 Event1 - Cal2 Event2 Cal3 Event1 Event2 Cal3 Event3 Cal3 Event4 Such a view would make it possible to grasp, for instance, resource utilization much quicker than in the standard month and multiWeek views. If there is no possibility or workaround to do this, I would like to add it as a feature request. With best regards Heiko Stegmann

Chrome 45 workaround

Hi list and others, I found a workaround for the recent Chrome 45 bug. 1.) go to your InfCloud/CardDavMATE/CalDavZAP installation directory 2.) execute: wget https://www.inf-it.com/fixes/inf-it_chrome_workaround.diff <https://www.inf-it.com/fixes/inf-it_chrome_workaround.diff> 3.) execute: patch -p1 < inf-it_chrome_workaround.diff 4.) execute: ./cache_update.sh Cheers, JM p.s.: the fix will be included in the 0.13.0 final

CalDavZAP & CardDavMATE & InfCloud 0.13.0rc2 (yes, 0.13.0 instead of 0.12.2)

Hi list & others, because we found lot of bugs and also added few new features, I decided to change the next version numbers from 0.12.2 to 0.13.0. The 0.13.0 is the latest pre-release, and if nobody reports any bugs in 48 hours it will be released as the final version. Changes from the previous pre-release in short (see below for full changelogs): - added chinese localization [thanks Fandy] - added support for version (more precisely build number) checking also for beta/rc builds [thanks Johan Vromans for suggestion] - added version number to the login screen (hover the mouse over the software name) [thanks Johan Vromans for suggestion] - added support for "Prefer: return=representation" for PUT requests (see http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7240) - fixed line foldings (75 octects without breaking multi-octet UTF-8 characters) [thanks Rudolf Graf von Roit zu Hoya for bug report] - updated all localizations, thanks! The only working workaround is the following: temporarily disable the buggy feature in Chrome by opening the chrome://flags/#disable-slimming-paint <chrome://flags/#disable-slimming-paint> (see the screenshot below), clicking to the "Enable" and then restarting the browser. Empty page with caldavzap

When I connect, to my https://davical.server/caldavzap/index.html the page seems empty. It is not and if I key in Enter key, login dialog appears, then calendars appear. But I can no more edit the calendar : add modify or delete event. The same problem appears with carddavmate. The same problem appears on other html clients, it is a server problem, not client problem. It has worked very fine during weeks, and I do not see what I may have changed on the server. In fact, I do not remind having changed something... Any tip? Thank you.

Changing contact name in CloudInf loops script

CloudInf 0.12.1.42 Davical Hello, i just tried to change the sirname of an existing contact. After clicking on "Save" i get an "script loops" error in firefox. Clicking on "debug script" stops the script at line 5451 5451 while(lineRe.test(vCardText)) { 5452 vCardText=vCardText.replace(/^(.{75})(.+)/m, '$1\r\n $2'); 5453 } Contact isn't changed. Default Timezone?

Hi All, Timezone keeps coming up "Europe/Berlin," despite the fact I set it to "America/Detroit" in config.js. Not finding any help, anywhere else, so... Help? My Apologies: But Install Docs Making Little Sense To Me

Hello Ján, I'm sorry, but your installation instructions aren't working for me at all :( According to https://www.inf-it.com/infcloud/readme.txt my server origin and client installation origin *are* the same. And, in fact, infocloud is installed in $ /usr/share/davical# ls -l total 24 drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Jul 30 15:42 dba drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Jul 30 15:42 htdocs drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Jul 30 15:42 inc drwxr-xr-x 8 root root 4096 Sep 2 10:35 infcloud drwxr-xr-x 26 root root 4096 Jul 30 15:42 locale drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jul 30 15:42 scripts First I tried (in config.js) the default setup, which claimed "works out of the box, no additional setup required." It did not work. Then I tried the example above it, setting the href to point to where caldav.php really is. No joy. This particular server was originally just a mail server, so DocumentRoot points to SquirrelMail. When I added DAViCal, I did Alias /cal/ /usr/share/davical/htdocs/ <Directory /usr/share/davical/htdocs/> AllowOverride None Order allow,deny Allow from all </Directory> And users go to https://mail.example.com/cal/caldav.php/username/calendar Which works just fine. Adding Alias /infcloud/ /usr/share/davical/infcloud/ <Directory /usr/share/davical/infcloud/> AllowOverride None Order allow,deny Allow from all </Directory> Allows https://mail.example.com/infcloud/ to get to the login screen, but logins result in script '/usr/share/squirrelmail/caldav.php' not found or unable to stat, referer: https://mail.example.com/infcloud/ in the error.log and Info: [globalNetworkCheckSettings: 'https://mail.example.com/caldav.php/']: crossDomain set to: 'false' Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) In the JavaScript console (Chrome). As regards the readme.txt Item 2 doesn't really *clearly* explain what is cross-domain and what is not. It gives examples, but does not clearly note which is which. At least not to *me*. In config.js The comment lines really badly need to be wrapped. I've currently got an xterm window blown out to 237 columns wide, and it's still not wide enough. Makes reading the thing very difficult. For me, anyway. Near one example it suggests that, for cross-domain setups (which I'm still not certain I have or not): misc/config_davical.txt.
